Entrusted as the AloAsha Technical Support Society Bangladesh, and AloAsha Japan Project-member governing board, Executive committee are chosen at an annual AloAsha Technical Support Society General Body Election held on the second Friday of December each year. All positions are elected on a rotating five-year term, and no more than two vacancies occur at the same time, except when a seat is vacated in mid-term and must be temporarily filled until the next regularly scheduled election.
Both organization members are encouraged to participate, to become a candidate; a nominating petition must be filed before the second Monday in November.
The current School Board is comprised of individuals with a commitment to their community. The School Board regularly meets to discuss and vote on various School policies and procedures. Board meetings are generally scheduled two yearly. Every agenda includes an opportunity for public comment.
